Our highly qualified, professional team of Early Childhood Educators is the backbone of Cornerstone. We employ the staff members who work with children only after extensive personal interviews and thorough checks of personal and employment references and police records.

We take pride in our staff longevity and their commitment to early childhood education. They are compensated fairly for their efforts and rewarded for individual achievement. Our staff recognize the importance of continued education. They eagerly attend professional trainings and regularly exceed mandated hours of continued education annually.

When you visit Cornerstone, in addition to being genuinely welcomed you will observe frequent and warm interactions between our staff and the children i.e. held and cooed to while taking a bottle, sitting together to read a story, moving to a variety of tempos or helping a child express herself.
